Return and refund policy

NOTE: If possible, make a video while opening your packages/packages.

Claims for defects/damage/broken items/wrong items without proof will not be given priority. We always check the products before shipping them.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. Once the packing and shipping process has begun, it cannot be cancelled.

Damage and problems

Exceptions / Disposables

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., groceries, flowers or plants), customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of clearance items or gift cards.

Refunds
